IF YOUR CLIENT HAS A RENTAL PROPERTY, WE SHOULD BE YOUR FIRST CHOICE IN PROPERTY MANAGEMENT! LET US EARN IT.

  1. REFER A CLIENT TO US – Give us their name, email and phone number or connect them with us directly. Please get their permission in advance.

  2. WE CONTACT THE CLIENT - A member of our team will promptly get in touch with your client.

  3. WE PAY YOU - If the customer signs a full management contract with us, we'll pay you $500 for Single Family and Duplexes. We pay $750 for tri-plexes up to 19-unit apartment complexes.

Nervous about giving us your client’s contact information? We will still pay you if they reach out and provide your name to us when they sign. We want this relationship to start with TRUST and remain one of TRUST. Providing us with their information ensures you have told them about us and improves the probability of the connection happening.
